New gender pay gap reporting
On 27 February 2024 the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) published the gender pay gaps of Employers with 100+ workers. From April 2024, companies of 500+ employees are also required to have a policy or strategy for each of WGEA’s six Gender Equality Indicators.
